This program is an excellent experience for
both the gourmet and ordinary eater. You will have a chance to learn and
practice to prepare Vietnamese Royal foods. You may do the same thing at
home. This tour is available all year round
Day 1: Arrvival Hue
Arrive in Hue and meet at Phu Bai Airport.
Transfer downtown for check-in at Huong Giang Hotel. Welcome meeting
with renowned chefs from Huong Giang Hotel and other chefs from the best
restaurants in Hue.
Afternoon a general lecture about Hue cuisine is followed by getting
familiar with local foods. After dinner, enjoy Hue folk music. Overnight
in Hue.
Day 2: Hue
After breakfast, take a boat trip to visit
Linh Mu Pagoda, Hon Chen Temple and Minh Mang Tomb. Afternoon joint with
Huong Giang Hotel’s chef to prepare dinner. Dinner will be royal court
with the foods prepared by participants. Overnight in Hue.
Day 3: Hue
Moning visit to Hue Imperial Citadel and
Tomb of Tu Duc Emperor. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon prepare the evening vegetarian dinner under supervision of Y
Thao Garden Restaurant's chef. Dinner will be the food prepared by the
participants.Overnight in Hue.
Day 4: Hue -
Departure
Free at leisure or go shopping until time
to transfer to the airport for your next departure. End of the tour.
